The AusLit anthology, Australian Literature: A Snapshot in 10 Short Stories, is launching soon. You can read the line up of stories and authors here. You can get a sneakpeak at the beginning of each story in the article On Story Openings (from AusLit Australian literature anthology).
To launch Australian Literature, there will be events in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.
At these events you will have the opportunity for extended chatting with some of the authors and the editor/publisher, as well as network with other guests.
Gold Coast Australian Literature Book Launch

Melbourne Australian Literature Book Launch
Time: 6:00-9:00pm
Date: Tue May 3rd
Place: Sante Buffet Restaurant – Crown
Cost: $50
Each guest will receive a copy of Australian Literature, a quality all-you-can-eat buffet dinner and have 3 hours to chat with contributing authors Michael Pryor and Belinda Dorio, and editor/publisher Steve Rossiter.

However, you are very welcome to discuss the craft and business of fiction with the featured guests and pick up some useful tips for your own writing.
